Abstract

 

      The rapid development of information  science  impacts  our society enormously. In such  an   information  age,  transition and instability  becomes   normal.Original  values, concepts, systems and pedagogic paradigm vary extremely. At the same time there is full of challenge and  opportunity. Since an information society have to keep thriving by means of producing value on information transformation, only through promoting  overall  creative  thinking power of our nation citizens can  we  meet  the challenge of next century, grasp  opportunity, and raise  our   international  competence.

 

         This  paper examines the development  track of  information sciences and  explores the value of creative thinking   and education paradigm in information era. This paper also suggests that  those research domains such as Internet, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Epistemology  can enlight   human  power in creative  hinking and complex problem solving.

資訊科學發展趨勢與創造思考

摘    要

    資訊科學的蓬勃發展正促使社會型態急遽轉變。在快速變遷中原有的價值、觀念、模式與教學派典遭遇強烈的衝擊和挑戰,同時也充滿了機會。由於資訊價值的生產是資訊社會發展的主要憑藉;因此,面對這樣的環境唯有提升國民整體創造思維的能力才能面對國際挑戰、掌握機會、提升國家競爭力。

    本文從資訊科學的發展趨勢探討創造思考的時代意義,對教育模式的影響,並提出網際網路、人工智慧、計算認識論(computational epistemology)等資訊科學領域對發展創造思考和複雜問題解決能力帶來的啟示。
